UniMarine will dedicate one senior Marine Client Services Officer to manage all your orders from shipyard delivery until the end of the contract term. His/her mission will be to ensure that each of your order is duly acknowledged, answered and managed till the final delivery.
In case of local issues arising during a delivery, his/her mission will be to provide alternative and acceptable delivery solution and make sure smooth operation of your vessel remains unchallenged.
Regular feedback meetings on the service shall be organized with your dedicated Marine Client Service Officer in order to ensure your satisfaction at all times.
