LUBESAFE technical visit

Our experienced Marine Engineers are available at short notice in main ports worldwide to assist with:

• Shipyard or switchover visits.
• Ship Call
• Trouble shooting (vessel or power plant).
• Routine and ad hoc equipment inspection or long-term follow-up.

UniMarine will ensure that one of our LUBESAFE Technical Marine Engineer is available to provide 24/7 technical support to our Customers’ fleet. A Switch Over or New Building Technical visit will be planned in accordance to the vessel’s schedule or the Shipyard as the case may be.

The UniMarine Technical Engineer shall:

• Prepare the UniMarine Lubrication Chart of the vessel
• In the case of a New Building vessel consider in establishing the Lubrication Chart the appropriate grades and take into account for auxiliary grades the availability of such grades on the vessel’s trading pattern.
• Train the crew with the use of LUBESAFE Technical Services (Used Oil Services, Cylinder Scrape Down Oil Analysis & Minilab)
• Provide the Chief Engineer with all relevant UniMarine information and documentation.
• Provide guidelines on LUBESAFE Used Oil Analysis reports interpretation and warning signals.

These visits will be made at convenient ports for our Technical Engineers in accordance with the vessel’s schedule and/or upon your requirements for these technical visits.

After each UniMarine Technical Visit, a detailed report will be provided (including pictures of findings on board as the case may be) so to implement the required preventive maintenance actions.

LUBESAFE MARINE ENGINEER FOLLOW UP

You vessel are followed by UniMarine technical experts, from Shipyard and Lubechart revision/definition to routine visit on board and regular supplying.
